One of the oldest and most popular tournament of the FIR World Series – the 15^th year of IWT Czech Open will be happening in Prague on 5. – 7. 4. 2019. As organizers of this tournament we care deeply about your interest in our event and we make maximum effort in order to prepare everything to the highest standard.

This year’s venue is the HECTOR areal, which proved itself in the last year’s tournament as well as in the European Championship in 2015. Its advantage is primarily in the big number of sports field, which allows a high number of matches even in case of higher number of players. The official hotels have been selected in small distance of the venue, only 0,9 and 1,5 km. But even then, there will be an all-day shuttle going from hotel official accommodation’s to the sport venue.

Beside the traditional sport program, there will be two ceremonials, the first on Saturday where the winners of the doubles categories will be announced and the traditional dinner (the best Czech beer Pilsner Urquell will be served for free for all the attendants) and disco will be happening and the second one on Sunday, at the end of the tournament, where the winners of singles will be crowned.  

The bonus is the prize money, which will be paid to all first three women and men in single category A and for the juniors and seniors +65 there is a discounted starting fee.
